The November 2014 Florida Bar Journal is a special issue dedicated to Animal Law.  It features articles on the state of animal law in Florida, Pet Trusts, Equine Lien Laws, an Integrated Animal Court Proposal, the law on dog bites, and civil and criminal prosecution of animal abuse.
