The Sun Sentinel reported on a court hearing involving the former owners of the Wizard of Claws and the possibility that they may have breached the settlement agreement that resolved an earlier lawsuit. See previous posts here and here. The latest court appearance follows an earlier hearing where the judge ordered the owners to cease selling dogs.
