Tampa Bay's 10 reports on the arrest of a woman for allegedly selling pets that were sick in violation of Florida's pet sales law. In addition to the violations of the pet sales laws, the woman is charged with grand theft, felony identity theft and using a fraudulent health certificate, according to the article.
