Tiger mauls sanctuary volunteer

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has accused a Davenport man of keeping a tiger in a substandard cage after a worker at the man's sanctuary was mauled. Tampa Bay 10 reports here that after the attack FWC inspected the facilities and found several other cage violations and relocated one tiger to a different facility. FWC is seeking to determine if new animals at the facility violate a 2006 court order. According to the article the man in question has been charged 43 times since 1993.
