Man charged with animal cruelty toward police dog

TCPalm reports that a 28-year old man was arrested on Sunday and charged with animal cruelty toward a police dog. According to the arresting affidavit, the man yelled an obscene statement in the window of a police car “causing (the dog’s) behavior to become overloaded, tormenting the dog.”
