Cockfighting enterprise shut down

The St. Pete Times breaking news blog reports here that authorities have cracked a cockfighting enterprise by Hillsborough Animal Services and Tampa police. 60 birds were discovered and at least one arrest was made. From the article:
Sgt. Pam Perry of Animal Services displayed one of the roosters she said had been prepped for fighting. Its comb, wattle and spur had been removed, to ensure they wouldn't get in the way during a fight.
