On Monday, a suspect was arrested in Santa Rosa county and charged with 35 counts of felony possession of fighting dogs. As of Tuesday, the suspect was being held on a $70,000 bond. Subsequently, law enforcement officers arrested two individuals on suspicion of dogfighting after the men were pulled over with two pitbulls.
