Seminole County considering anti-chaining ordinance

Seminole County is the latest Florida County to move toward adopting an anti-chaining ordinance. As noted in previous posts, the movement toward preventing the chaining dogs is picking up steam. Chaining can lead to aggressive behavior and dogs that are more prone to bite both people and other animals.

WFTV.com reports on the proposed Seminole County ordinance here. WESH.com reports here.
