The people over at Critter Newshave a post that rounds up links to some of the more recent filings in the Vick case, including a copy of the 12-page plea agreement. Given my recent post about how most seized pit bulls end up being euthanized, I was wondering about the costs associated with housing and caring for the 54 dogs in this case. Page 9 of the agreement notes that Vick agrees to reimburse the government for the costs of caring for the animals under 7 U.S.C. sect. 2165(f).
